COMPASS is a virtual group class designed for individuals struggling with daily activities due to ongoing persistent pain. Persistent pain can make it difficult to participate in work, hobbies, exercise, social activities, and other important parts of daily life.
COMPASS is designed to help you build strategies and confidence to stay active and participate in the activities that matter most to you.
Classes meet once a week for a total of 5 sessions on Microsoft Teams. Before each class, participants will receive a class link along with instructions on how to access the program. Each 90-minute session includes education, group discussion and interactive activities hosted by a GHC-SCW PT/OT instructor. This class is designed for adults 18 years and older. For more information about what you’ll learn in the class go here.
