Access GHC EpicLink

GHC EpicLink for Employers is a secure web portal that all designated users at your organization can use for accessing billing, as well as real-time eligibility and membership enrollment information for your employees.

Key Employer Features

  • Employee Enrollment Management – Create new coverage applications, review and approve enrollments and submit updates such as terminations or dependent adds.
  • Premium Billing & Payments – View monthly invoices, access payment history and make secure online payments with the option to set up Auto Pay.
  • Member ID Card Requests – Request new or replacement GHC-SCW member ID cards on behalf of employees.
  • Employee Benefit Administration – Access demographics, manage employee information and provide enrollment codes for new hires.
  • Employee Eligibility – Access real-time eligibility and membership information for your employees.
  • Secure Access & Authentication – Protect employee health data with two-factor authentication and confidentiality safeguards.

GHC EpicLink for Employers Resources

  1. Determine who in your organization will be the Site Coordinator. If you are an individual user associated with an organization that already has GHC EpicLink set up, please contact your organization’s Site Coordinator to arrange access for you.
  2. Review and sign the electronic GHC EpicLink Site Coordinator Agreement.
  3. The GHC-SCW enrollment team will work with your Site Coordinator and any other staff necessary to provide access to GHC EpicLink.
  4. Complete the set up for the GHC EpicLink premium auto-payment feature when you receive your access credentials. 
  5. Once your account is set up, you will receive a welcome email with your log in credentials and new user resources.

Passwords must be at least 5 characters, alphanumeric, and appropriately-assigned by the User to ensure security.

To use GHCEpicLink, you must use one of the following browsers:

  • Google Chrome™ version 118 or later
  • Microsoft Edge version 118 or later
  • Mozilla FireFox™ version 115 or later
  • Apple Safari™ version 17 or later
  • Epic recommends Google Chrome™ or Microsoft Edge for viewing EKG and Spirometry because of limitations with PDF viewers (needed to display) on other browsers like Mozilla Firefox.
