This class is held two times a week and consists of advanced exercises that emphasize strengthening and stretching exercises that are safe for your back. You will practice the safe body mechanics that you learned in the introductory class that can help prevent injury and pain during daily activities and exercise.
The number one way to keep yourself from injuring your back is to be in good physical condition. Good physical fitness not only reduces your risk for injury, it allows your body to heal more quickly if you are injured.
Please note that you must have been evaluated and approved to take this class by one of our Physical Therapists prior to signing up to take the class and must have taken the intro class.
