Understand how much your care will cost by reading through your Member Certificate and Benefits Summary or contact GHC-SCW Member Services at (608) 828-4853 or (800) 605-4327. To view all your plan documents, click on the MyPlanFinder button and enter your plan ID number located on your GHC-SCW member card.
