Our commitment means you can expect compassionate care, clear communication and support at every step of your health journey.

If your experience at a GHC-SCW clinic doesn’t meet your expectations, tell us. At your request, we will refund some or all of your out-of-pocket costs for the visit.

Frequently Asked Questions

If your visit at a GHC-SCW clinic does not meet your expectations, you can use the GHC Experience Guarantee online form to tell us about it. Through this process, you may request a refund of some or all out-of-pocket costs related to your visit (up to $2,000). Once submitted, our Member Services Team will review your request and respond quickly. The online form is compatible with all devices and the form takes just moments to complete.

You must submit your refund request within six months of the date of service. In addition, the Experience Guarantee only applies to visits at GHC-SCW clinics or with GHC-SCW providers.

The Experience Guarantee does not apply to visits at non–GHC-SCW clinics, including UW Health, University Hospital, or other regional network providers. Instead, it is designed specifically for services you receive directly at GHC-SCW.

Disagreements with your provider’s medical opinion, medical decision-making, or refusal to provide or prescribe a particular medication.

Disputes with your insurance carrier are not covered.

When you submit feedback or request a refund, our Member Services Team will call you within three business days. During that call, they will listen to your concerns, answer your questions and help process your refund (up to $2,000), if requested. Finally, any refunds will be returned to you through your original method of payment within five business day.

As a result, you will know exactly what steps are being taken and how your request will be resolved!

Our team analyzes the feedback to improve services and strengthen the Cooperative. Importantly, your feedback is never connected to your medical record.

The GHC Experience Guarantee applies to covered services received at a GHC-SCW clinic. In other words, if you receive care from one of our providers and the experience does not meet your expectations, you may request a refund.

No. The GHC Experience Guarantee is part of your GHC-SCW membership at no additional cost. Most importantly, it reflects our ongoing commitment to providing quality care and service to every member.
