Stronger Together is a strengthening class targeting individuals looking to return to sport after lower body surgery or injury who are or have recently been participating in Physical Therapy.
Our class meets twice a week and lasts for 2 weeks. You can sign up for multiple sessions of the class as needed.
Sessions are for individuals of various activity levels after lower body injury. Participants need to be able to tolerate basic squat and lunge patterns and a generalized lower body program with minimal pain to optimize the benefits of the class.
- Improve lower extremity strength and enhance movement patterns to allow for improved athletic performance.
- Improve endurance and coordination to optimize return to specific sport or recreational activity.
- Improve adherence to home program and allow patients opportunity to get feedback of movements from rehab professionals.
