Do you want to get back to your favorite sport or move through your workday, walk and climb stairs with more comfort and confidence?
Don’t wait to rebuild your strength. Join Stronger Together and keep moving forward!
Stronger Together is a class designed to help you build leg strength and feel steadier in your everyday movements. It’s a great fit for people who are in Physical Therapy or recently finished and want to keep making progress. Whether your goal is to return to exercise, a sport, a hobby or simply feel stronger in daily life, this class can help.
The class meets twice a week, and you can take it for as long as it’s helpful.
This program is for people who are active and motivated to improve their leg strength and stability. You’ll get the most out of the class if you can do simple movements like bending toward a chair (a squat) or stepping forward and bending your knee (a lunge) with only mild discomfort and can handle at least light lower-body exercise.
Class Goals
- Improve lower-body strength to help you move with more ease and power
- Build coordination and endurance for daily activities, hobbies or sports
- Support continued progress after Physical Therapy with guidance from rehab professionals
