As a provider, you’ll be able to:
- View GHC-SCW member clinical information (clinical notes from other GHC-SCW providers like Urgent Care, Chiropractor, Podiatry, Optometry, Lab, Imaging, Pharmacy, GHC NurseConnect line)
- Verify GHC-SCW member benefit information
- Verify member demographics
- Create Prior Authorizations
Your staff will be able to:
- Access claims filed by provider
- Access status by provider

EpicLink Password Requirements
All passwords are case sensitive and must contain:
- At least 12 characters

At least 1 upper case letter

At least 1 lower case letter
Adding numbers or special characters is allowed but not required.

Acceptable Browsers
To use GHCEpicLink, you must use one of the following browsers: Google Chrome™ version 88 or above; Microsoft Edge version 88 or above; Mozilla FireFox™ version 78 or above; Apple Safari™ version 14 or above.
Epic recommends Google Chrome™ or Microsoft Edge for viewing EKG and Spirometry because of limitations with PDF viewers (needed to display) on other browsers like Mozilla Firefox.
