Laboratory Services 

GHC-SCW utilizes state of the art technology to bring you accurate and timely diagnostic services. We are proud to be certified by the CMS CLIA Certification of Compliance. All Laboratory services require an order from your Primary Care Provider (PCP) or Specialist. Certain lab tests require an overnight fast (nothing consumed for 12 hours except water).

What To Expect

No appointment is necessary. We provide services to members on a walk-in basis (​first come, first served). The typical wait time for service is 15 minutes. (Note: Appointments are required at our DeForest Clinic lab only.)

*Please note that weekends are primarily for urgent care needs. Routine walk-ins may have extended wait times that could exceed 1 hour. Routine walk-in services are also limited on weekends. (No timed testing, no post vasectomy screening, no 1-hour glucose tolerance testing)
