Our goal is to ensure your health information is as safe and secure as possible.

Starting June 11, 2025, you will be prompted to set up two-factor authentication (2FA) to log in to GHCMyChartSM to improve security.

Two-step authentication, or two-step verification, is a layer of security that creates an additional login step to verify the patient’s identity, which helps protect their personal health care information.

If you don’t currently have two-step verification enabled, you’ll be prompted to choose email or text as your preferred method of receiving a login code the next time you log in after June 11, 2025. When verifying your information, check “skip this step next time” to register the device to your GHCMyChartSM account. You will not be asked to confirm identity for that device for the next 90 days.

After logging in, you can configure a two-factor login with a passcode or biometrics information such as your fingerprint or Face ID from the account settings page.
