Group Health Cooperative of South Central Wisconsin (GHC-SCW) isn't your cookie-cutter health care company. We are a non-profit, member-owned Cooperative health care system. We exist to serve our members, and we value our cooperative spirit. We pioneered the HMO movement as Dane County's first HMO, and today we are a nationally-recognized leader in the benefits and the well-being of our employees, we believe in the culture of exceptional care.
Primary Care Providers
Our providers strive to​ provide accessible, comprehensive, high quality healthcare and outstanding service in an efficient and personalized manner to persons in the GHC-SCW service area. Our providers include doctors, nurse practitioners and physician assistants.  
 
             
Behavioral Health
Being a part of the GHC-SCW Behavioral Health team means you work with GHC-SCW members and patients to offer a full range of behavioral health services across their lifespan. Our teams include Clinical Social Workers, Professional Counselors, Marriage & Family Therapists, Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Advanced Practice Nurse Prescribers (APNP), Physician Assistants, and nurses.
             
Care Teams
Our care team model focuses on supporting the needs of our patients/members and providing the best in safe, high quality coordinated health care. Our care teams include registered nurses, license practice nurses, patient care technicians, and medical assistants.​
 
Other Clinical
Working at a GHC-SCW clinic, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside providers, care teams, and GHC-SCW members to help better patients well being.​ Other clinical positions include pharmacy, reception, radiology, and laboratory. 
         
  
Administrative
Working at GHC-SCW in administrative means you're helping us become better together through ensuring the cooperative is best serving our members across Wisconsin outside of our clinics.​ Administrative positions include sales, marketing, member services, human resources, information technology, business services, and employee engagement.
