Physical Therapy works best when patient and therapist work together to come up with not only an appropriate treatment plan but also one that the patient feels comfortable and confident about. This is best done when I can explain the patient’s problems and possible solutions to those problems in their terms. I love to have feedback from the patient on my performance as a clinician so that I can best serve their needs.
