As a lactation consultant, I am a strong believer that breastfeeding is best for mom and baby and a great start to good nutrition throughout the life cycle. Good habits begun in infancy and childhood set the stage for healthy eating for life. I also enjoy helping others translate nutritional information into healthy food that can be prepared and enjoyed at home.
