I am drawn to the way occupational therapy expresses complicated health issues in terms that are relevant to the client. While OT works with clients on aspects of their physical health, what truly speaks to me is the emphasis on purposeful goals and interventions that focus on the whole person and not just their medical condition. Integrative medicine pulls from many disciplines and makes the approach to wellness and participation in life pertinent. As your occupational therapist, my intention will always be to provide you with a thorough strategy for optimal treatment with significant outcomes.
