Provider Directories & Network Maps

GHC-SCW has some changes to share that will apply to all members of the State and Local Group Health Insurance Program. New for the 2024 plan year, you will enroll in one of two networks, depending on where you want to receive your primary care: the GHC-SCW Dane Choice Network or the GHC-SCW Neighbors Network.
