The Mindful Road

Are you living with persistent pain?

You are not alone. In this five-week program anchored in mindfulness and pain neuroscience, you will join with a group of people on a similar journey in learning to live well with persistent pain.​

Each series of classes will cycle through five main topics.

  • The Neuroscience of Pain
  • Engaging Emotions Related to Pain
  • Ways to Stay Present in Your Life
  • Engaging in Your Values
  • Strategies for Purposeful Living

Dialectical Behavior Therapy group

The goal of Dialectical Behavior Therapy group is to bring GHC members together to support one another in learning ways to think mindfully, to tolerate stress, regulate emotions and find ways to be better in relationships with self and others.
