Using EpicLink

With EpicLink, you have access to features tailored to your role.

As a provider, you'll be able to:

  • View GHC-SCW member clinical information (clinical notes from other GHC providers; Urgent Care, Chiropractor, Podiatry, Optometry, Lab, Imaging, Pharmacy, Nurse Line)
  • Verify GHC-SCW member benefit information
  • Verify member demographics/Create Prior Authorizations

 Your staff will be able to:

  • Access to Claims Filed by Provider
  • Access status by Provider

EpicLink Password Requirements

All passwords are case sensitive and must contain:

  • At least 12 characters
  • At least 1 upper case letter
  • At least 1 lower case letter
  • Adding numbers or special characters is allowed but not required

UPDATE: Acceptable Browsers (Effective 5/11/2022)

To use GHCEpicLink, you must use one of the following browsers: Google Chrome™ version 88 or above; Microsoft Edge version 88 or above; Mozilla FireFox™ version 78 or above; Apple Safari™ version 14 or above.
 
Epic recommends Google Chrome™ or Microsoft Edge for viewing EKG and Spirometry because of limitations with PDF viewers (needed to display) on other browsers like Mozilla Firefox.
