Group Health Cooperative of South Central Wisconsin (GHC-SCW) isn’t your cookie-cutter health care company. We are a non-profit, consumer-sponsored Cooperative health care system. We exist to serve our members, and we value our cooperative spirit. We pioneered the HMO movement as Dane County’s first HMO, and today we are a nationally-recognized leader in health care. Commitment to A Healthy Community

Group Health Cooperative of South Central Wisconsin (GHC-SCW) is a community leader in our efforts to prevent disease through a strong vaccination program. To ensure that we are doing all we can to help our patients and each other live well, all GHC-SCW employees will be required to receive an annual influenza vaccination as a condition of employment. This policy applies to all personnel including temporary, per diem, contractors, interns, and students in any setting. There is a medical or non-medical exemption process for nationally accepted, documented, medical contraindication or for other influencing factors.
