​In this class requires the completion of Tai Chi Level One. Students will go forward into a tai chi form (‘Thirteen Postures’) from Yangjia Michuan Taijiquan tradition.

Studies have shown the practice of tai chi to be beneficial to our health. It can boost our immune system and increase our flexibility, strength and balance. Adding new movements helps our mind to stay in the present and invoke cognitive learning.

Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. Masks are optional.
