What are these?
Personal Insights are the top three areas of health in which you are doing well! Risk Reports are your assessed risk factors (e.g., lifestyle behaviors and/or health status factors). Condition Reports are the specific assessed health conditions for you to be aware of (e.g., cancer, heart disease, stroke, depression). For both Risk Reports and Condition Reports, the top 3 are shown (the ones that are most important for you to know about). Your health status for each is listed on the right hand side (low risk, medium risk, high risk). For your personalized report on each topic, use the red arrow to the left of the topic. Each report will describe your status, based on how you answered questions, your action plan for next steps and other resources for you to use.
